Support and Training
Support and training will be provided at the outset from our service centre based in South Africa using the latest webinar (as provided by GoToWebinar) and desktop sharing technologies
Centimex's User Training and Help Desk Support is built in as part of the product offering and comprises "free" user training of ten four hour User Training sessions spread over the first two months after an organization acquires a Centimex License also supported from our service centre based in South Africa
Help Desk Support will be provided from this support facility using a range of e-mail, telephone and webinar/desktop sharing approaches
This support supplements support and training facilities put in place by our Regional Sales Partners and by the management consulting firms who will buy and deploy the Centimex software. Centimex will put in place a comprehensive support infrastructure to enable our sales and implementation partners to support their customers fully.
